We go through reflection exercises to help you explore and get a grip of your head.
Our sessions are peer-support based, helping you relate to others and express your thoughts. This creates an open environment where people can share as much or as little as they want to.
Exploring yourself in a group environment can help you get to know yourself and be resilient for future life ups and downs.
In these workshops we combine methods from design workshops and psychology to help you talk about and understand yourself better together with like-minded peers.
What you get from joining a workshop:

- Peer-to-peer support in an open environment, led by a facilitator

Stress is normal and we should talk about what makes us stressed more often.
In this conversation we combine methods from creative facilitation and psychology to help you talk about and understand what makes you stressed together with like-minded peers. We do this in a low-key environment where all thoughts and feelings are met with understanding and encouragement.
