Help shape the future of hii!

You become a part of a growing network of students and mental health enthusiasts at TU Delft by becoming a facilitator. Hii is a new, fast-growing student initiative and startup, and you will play an important role in shaping its future.

What does being a facilitator require?

No prior knowledge is needed to become a facilitator. We are looking for students who are empathetic and interested in listening to and empowering others.

A facilitator works around 1-3 hours a week, starting from September in Q1. The work mainly consists of planning and executing workshops. We will equip you with facilitation and psychology knowledge, but you will also have the opportunity to shape the workshops and make them your own if you want to.
